Where can I find you?

We welcome you to Greece and the beautiful Island of Paros!
Paros is famous for the big historic church Panagia Ekatontapiliani in Paroikia. We are only a few footsteps away!
Follow the market street into the old town and keep going until you reach the stairs.
STOP before you start climbing and do not get tempted by the smell of coffee as our shop Robini Paros is immediately on your right hand, right below the café!

How can I check the status of my order?

At the time of shipment we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the courier´s website, where you can see the delivery information.

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

You might have mistyped your email address when placing your order. Send us an email at info@robiniparos.com if you want a copy of your order confirmation.

I entered the wrong address!

Send us an email at info@robiniparos.com with the correct address and we’ll update it for you.

Can I change the products in my order?

After the order is placed, we unfortunately cannot update it. But we can cancel the order and you can create a new one, with the correct products. Just reach out to us as soon as you can at info@robiniparos.com When cancelling you order, no money is withdrawn from your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. But hurry as we might already have started packing.
Just reach out at info@robiniparos.com and we will cancel it for you. Remember to tell us your order number.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay with your credit card, make a bank transfer or choose cash on delivery (Greece only).

Do you ship to my country?

We ship Worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

If everything goes smooth and without any delays, you can expect to receive your order within 2 – 4 working days in Greece, 5 – 7 working days in Cyprus and 5 – 10 working days in other Countries from the day of your purchase.

I received a damaged or wrong product/item, what do I do?

We are sorry this happened! Please reach out to us at info@robiniparos.com and we will find a solution. If the correct product is in stock, we will send it in your direction right away. If it is not, we will of course refund.
Please email us as much information as possible including pictures/photos.

A product is missing in my order, what do I do?

We apologize! Send us an email at info@robini-paros.com and we’ll find a solution. If the product is in stock, we will send it right away. If it is not, we will of course refund.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different brands and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Unless otherwise specified, sizing is in cm and is taken with the item lying flat.

When will a sold-out product be back in stock?

No worries! An out-of- stock message appears on the product and you can easily sign up and get an email notification when the product is back in stock.
